WebMar 8, 2014 · I sent my beloved HP48G to Randy at FixThatCalc almost 1 yr ago for repair. Throughout the year he updated with emails regarding his backlog and health issues. In December he sent out a message saying he was getting back to work and would give us a new repair update at the end of January. After that, there was radio silence.
