Open neutral on outlet

Web4 de ago. de 2015 · My tester shows 'open neutral', but it's not. This is a GFI outlet, and it is protecting another outlet downstream, which is working fine. All of the wires test correctly. The only thing I can figure is that the neutral prong in the outlet is not making contact. Odd, though, as both of the outlets on this duplex don't work.
